Processing Time
In-stock orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.

Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout.

Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may vary. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

Damaged or Leaking Orders
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the package and affected item(s) so we can assist you.
