Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on scent preference.

Damaged or Leaking Items
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and affected item(s) so we can review the issue.

Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or something is missing from your order, please contact us. We will work to correct errors made by The Layering Suite at no additional cost to you.

Scent Preference
Fragrance is personal and may smell different from person to person. Disliking a fragrance or experiencing it differently than expected does not qualify an item for a return, exchange, or refund.

Order Cancellations
Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled or changed.
